This is a resume for meeting the ADA rules and recommendations when planning a presentation for submission to the Midwest Implant Institute educational program. Only those speakers and presentations examined and selected for inclusion in the MII program can give CE accreditaion. All publicity, marketing and promotional activity must be carried out under the supervision and control of the administrative director of MII.
