Refund policy for Course Fees
If you must cancel your course registration, please notify the MII Fellows immediately. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of a course are subject to an administration fee of 25% of the course fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before commencement of a course will receive no refund.
Where patients were to be brought for hands-on surgery, a cancellation fee of 25% applies to the surgery fees.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds. "No shows" will not qualify for a refund.
At MII Fellows sole discretion it may on occasions, subject to the circumstances and availability, agree to apply the full fees paid to a future course in the same program. In the event of a fee increase for the same course, the retained fee will be applied and no additional payment for the difference in fee will be applied. If the fee is applied to a different course of higher value, any additional cost will be payable by the participant.
These fees cannot be reapplied between different programs being organized by the MII Fellows, and MII, or between the Symposium and other courses.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of an event, MII will at it's discretion, either refund the cost of the course or carry the fee forward to another course at the delegate’s request. MII accepts no liability or responsibility for additional or incidental costs for participants in the event of cancellation and advises all participants to ensure travel insurance is taken for all travel cost
liabilities.
MIIFellows outreach events constitute one program.
